| Résumé: | ان الإجراءات المقررة لمتابعة الحدث من أهم الإجراءات التي تفرض على المشرع إبداء اهتماما كبيرا بفئة الأحداث، فالحدث هو كل طفل لم يبلغ سن الثامنة عشرة سنة كاملة وقت ارتكاب الجريمة، ومن هنا تتحدد مسؤوليته الجنائية والحدث الجانح غالبا ما يكون عرضة لعوامل داخلية وخارجية تدفع به إلى طرق باب الإجرام والوقوع فيه . وبغية تحقيق الهدف بإدماج الحدث في المجتمع بدلا من عقابه، فقد أعطى لقاضي الأحداث جميع الصلاحيات من تحقيق، والحكم، الاشراف على التنفيذ، إلى جانب قاضي تحقيق خاص بالحدث في خطر معنوي أو الجانح . وقد خص المشرع الجزائري الأحداث بإجراءات تختلف عن تلك المقررة للبالغين عبر مراحل الدعوى العمومية آخذًا بعين الاعتبار المراحل السنية الموجود فيها الحدث |
