| Résumé: | كان من الطبيعي ان ينتهج المؤسس الدستوري على غرار دول العالم الرقابة القضائية بموجب التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 باستحداث محكمة دستورية كمؤسسة رقابة لفعاليتها في صون نصوص الدستور وهي ضرورة ملحة لاستمرار سير السلطات ، وتستقر بها العلاقات بينها وكلفها دون غيرها بضمان احترام الدستور وضبط سير المؤسسات الدستورية. |
