| Description: | The present note addresses the particularly important and sensitive subject of accounting and the national accounting scheme and its developments, as well as the essential role of the Controller and the examination of the Controller's status of the State of Tiaret, by detecting administrative irregularities, whether approved or ordinary errors, to ensure the proper functioning of public utilities. This highlights the controller's competence and skills in applying controls and control over public funds, rationalizing expenditures, and achieving the objectives of the oversight process |
