| Résumé: | عملت هذه الدراسة على توضيح أكثر بالمؤسسات الناشئة من خلال تقديم المفاهيم المتعلقة بها وخصائصها، باعتبارها تمثل السياسة المنتهجة من قبل الدولة للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وتشجيع الأفراد وتحفيزهم على العمل بتجسيد أفكارهم وابتكاراتهم في الأسواق التنافسية، كما عملت الدولة على توفير مختلف الوسائل الداعمة والمرافقة لها من خلال ابراز مختلف التحفيزات الجبائية الممنوحة لها لضمان استمراريتها ونجاحها. |
| Description: | This study worked on clarifying more emerging institutions by presenting concepts related to them and their characteristics, as they represent the policy pursued by the state to advance the national economy and encourage individuals and motivate them to work by embodying their ideas and innovations in competitive markets.
