| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى تأثير الإفصاح المحاسبي على كافة القرارات المتخذة في المؤسسة من خلال تناولنا في الفصل الأول الإطار النظري للإفصاح المحاسبي وأهميته في القوائم المالية إضافة إلى الإطار النظري لنظرية اتخاذ القرار ومدى تأثره بالإفصاح أما الفصل الثاني فتمت فيه دراسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال تيارت وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإتباع أسلوب دراسة الحالة من خلال تحليل التقارير المالية لشركة نفطال تيارت خلال الفترة 2018-2019-2020. ومن خلال هذا البحث العلمي توصلنا إلى أن للإفصاح المحاسبي أهمية بالغة في إعداد القوائم المالية التي يتم من خلال نتائجها اتخاذ القرارات بالشكل المناسب لأهمية دوره في توفير المعلومات المحاسبية لمستخدميها بجودة عالية وبشيء من التفصيل والشفافية ومن دون لبس أو تضليل باعتبار أن المعلومات المحاسبية تساعد العديد من الأطراف ذات العلاقة داخل وخارج المؤسسة في اتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة إذا كانت صحيحة وصادقة |
| Description: | His study aims to shed light on the extent of the impact of accounting disclosure on all decisions taken in the organization by discussing in the first chapter the theoretical framework of accounting disclosure and its importance in the financial statements in addition to the theoretical framework for the theory of decision-making and the extent to which it is affected by disclosure. Naftal Tiaret Corporation The descriptive analytical approach was followed by following the case study method by reviewing and analyzing the financial reports of the Tiaret Oil Company during the period 2018-2019-2020. And through this scientific research, we concluded that accounting disclosure is of great importance in preparing financial statements, through the results of which decisions are taken in an appropriate manner due to the importance of its role in providing accounting information to its users with high quality and with some detail and transparency, without confusion or misleading, given that the information Accounting helps many related parties inside and outside the organization in making rational decisions if they are correct and honest |
