dc.description	Inventory management is considered one of the crucial areas in the management sciences, as the proper and effective management of inventory is necessary to maintain optimal levels of inventory and avoid running out of or excess inventory, so that the needs of customers are met as best as possible and at the lowest possible cost, but Algerian institutions are still far behind and do not pay attention to the optimal management of inventory due to their lack of competencies and lack of use of modern technologies. The study of the topic of economic optimization in inventory management gave us a look at the most important models and methods that are used to reach the lowest possible cost while achieving the optimal economic quantity, in addition to adjusting the speed of supply and production based on demand, and balancing various inventory costs. According to our field study, we found that the National electrochemical Products Corporation does not pay much attention to these models or modern technologies, and we noticed that they are completely absent in the work environment, although they are important in managing inventory and making profits for the company more	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن تسيير المخزون يعتبر من المجالات الحاسمة في علوم تسيير، حيث أن التسيير السليم والفعال للمخزون ضروري للحفاظ على المستويات المثلى للمخزون وتجنب نفاذ أو فائض في مخزون، بحيث يتم تلبية احتياجات العملاء بأفضل وقت ممكن وبأقل تكلفة ممكنة، إلا أن المؤسسات الجزائرية لازالت متأخرة كثيرا ولا تعطي اهتماما لتسيير الأمثل للمخزون بسبب نقص كفاءاتها وعدم استخدامها للتقنيات الحديثة. كما أن دراسة موضوع الأمثلية الاقتصادية في تسيير المخزون، أعطت لنا نظرة حول أهم النماذج والأساليب التي تستخدم للوصول إلى أدنى تكلفة ممكنة مع تحقيق الكمية الاقتصادية المثلى، بالإضافة إلى ضبط سرعة التوريد والإنتاج بناءً على الطلب، وتحقيق التوازن بين مختلف تكاليف المخزون. وحسب الدراسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها تبين لنا أن المؤسسة الوطنية للمنتجات الكهروكيميائية لا تعطي اهتماما كبيرا لهذه النماذج أو التقنيات الحديثة، ولاحظنا انعدامها تماما في بيئة العمل برغم أنها مهمة في تسيير المخزون وتحقيق أرباح للشركة بشكل أكبر	en_US
