dc.description	This study deals with the issue of the role of financial analysis in decision-making in the economic institution. To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, we relied on collecting information about financial analysis and the decisionmaking process through its most used tools. The theoretical side of the study was reached. As for the practical framework, it relied on preparing An analytical study of the financial position of the Sonelgaz Foundation for the state of Tiaret. We used the descriptive and analytical approach to reach the objectives of this study. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: Financial analysis is an effective method and decision-making tool. It helps the financial manager to diagnose the financial condition of the institution and reveal its policy and the conditions it is going through. Financial analysis helps to know the weaknesses to avoid them and the strengths to enhance them. In order for the financial manager to carry out his duties in the best conditions, there must be techniques that help him in making decisions, including the technology of financial indicators	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحدید دور التحلیل المالي في اتخاذ القرارات المالیة في المؤسسة الاقتصادیة ولتحقیق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها اعتمدنا على جمع المعلومات حول التحلیل المالي وعملیة اتخاذ القرار من خلال أدواته الأكثر استخداما حیث تم التوصل إلى الجانب النظري للدراسة، أما الإطار العملي فقد اعتمد على إعداد دراسة تحلیلیة للوضعیة المالیة لمؤسسة سونلغاز لولایة تیارت. وقمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحلیلي للوصول إلى أهداف هذه الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: یعتبر التحلیل المالي وسیلة فعالة وأداة لاتخاذ القرارات، كما أنه یساعد المسیر المالي على تشخیص الحالة المالیة للمؤسسة والكشف عن سیاستها والظروف التي تمر بها. یساعد التحلیل المالي على معرفة نقاط الضعف لتفادیها ونقاط القوة لتعزیزها. لكي یقوم المسیر المالي بمهامه في أحسن الظروف لابد من وجود تقنیات تساعده في اتخاذ القرارات ومن بینها تقنیة المؤشرات المالیة	en_US
