| Abstract: | تهدف دراستنا إلى التعريف بأهم عنصر من عناصر الميزانية وهو التثبيتات المعنوية وفق كل من النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية وذلك أهميتها في جميع المؤسسات. حيث تطرقنا إلى دراسة التثبيتات من حيث الاعتراف والمعالجة المحاسبية حسب ما جاء به النظام المحاسبي المالي، وكذا التعريف بالتثبيتات المعنوية وشروط الإعتراف بها ومعالجتها المحاسبية من منظور المعايير المحاسبية الدولية، ونظرا لأهمية التثبيتات المعنوية عملت هاته المعايير على إيجاد حلول لمشاكلها من حيث التقييم والاهتلاك والفحص. قد تبين من خلال دراستنا التطبيقية أن المؤسسة الجهوية للهندسة الريفية تقوم بتسجيل تثبيتاتها المعنوية حسب متطلبات النظام المحاسبي المالي ولا تعتمد على المعايير المحاسبية الدولية |
| Description: | Our study aims to introduce the most important element of the budget, which is the moral fixations according to each of the financial accounting system and international accounting standards, and its importance in all institutions. Where we touched on the study of fixations in terms of recognition and accounting treatment according to the financial accounting system, as well as the definition of moral fixations and the conditions for their recognition and accounting treatment from the perspective of international accounting standards, and given the importance of moral fixations, these standards worked to find solutions to their problems in terms of evaluation, depreciation and examination. It has been shown through our applied study that the regional institution for rural engineering is recording its moral fixations according to the requirements of the financial accounting system and does not depend on international accounting standards |
