| Résumé: | تعتبر شروط التجارة الدولية ( الأنكوترمز) أحد مصادر المخاطر المالية و التشغيلية في سلاسل الإمداد، و ذلك لأنها تتناول بالأساس توزيع المسؤوليات و التكاليف بين كل من البائع و المشتري في العمليات التجارية، حيث يتم الاتفاق عليها و اختيارها بناءا على مجموعة من العوامل ، و بالتالي فعدم مراعاة تلك العوامل، أو الفهم السيئ أو الاستخدام الخاطئ للشروط قد يؤدي الى خلق تكاليف أو اخطار غير متوقعة لأحد الطرفين أو كليهما ، و هو ما يؤثر بالسلب على الهدف الأساسي لسلاسل الإمداد ألا و هو تحقيق مبدأ 7R. تناولت الدراسة تحليل الأثر الذي يمكن يسببه الاختيار الخاطئ لشروط التجارة الدولية على التكاليف في سلاسل الإمداد، و بعد الدراسة التحليلية، و الميدانية بمؤسسة الجزائرية للشباكة تيارت، تبين أن شروط التجارة الدولية تؤثر بشكل كبير جدا على زيادة أو تخفيض التكاليف في سلاسل الإمداد، كما توصلت الى ان المؤسسة محل الدراسة تستخدم الشروط بشكل استراتيجي، حيث تعلمت من أخطائها في السنوات السابقة، و التي كلفتها الكثير. و في الأخير اقترحت الدراسة مجموعة من الحلول و الاستراتيجيات التي قد تقلل من احتمال حدوث تلك الاخطار |
| Description: | Incoterms are one of the main sources of financial and operational risks in supply chains, because they mainly deal with the distribution of responsibilities and costs between the buyer and the seller in each commercial operation; they are agreed upon and chosen based on a set of factors, therefore any failure to take into account these factors, or poor understanding or wrong use of incoterms may lead to the creation of unexpected costs or risks for one or both parties, which negatively affects the main objective of supply chains, which is the achievement of the 7R.This research analyzes the risk in supply chains through the lens of responsibilities and costs imposed by incoterms. The study examined the analysis of the impact that the wrong choice of incoterms can have on costs in supply chains. After conducting analytical research, and a case study at Alfet Tiaret, it was found that incoterms have a significant impact on cost increases or reductions in supply chains. It was also concluded that the studied institution strategically utilizes these incoterms, having learned from its past mistakes that incurred significant costs. Finally, the study proposed a set of solutions and strategies that may reduce the likelihood of such risks occurring |
