dc.description	This memorrandum comes under the title of a comparative study between the Islamic banks and classical banks. It was possible for us to study it form a comparative perspective based on the use of the analytical and the evaluative approach , through the applied study by collecting data related to return and rissk for AL-Baraka Banks of Algeria and the National Agerian Bank. The dimenions of research and study have , and it is a summary of the results reached thtough the ability of capital adequacy to cover the liquidity risks for the National Bank of Algeria, as for the Algerian Al Baraka Bank, the inability of the capital adequacy to cover the liquidity risks as a result of its reservation. dc.description.abstract	تأتي هذه المذكرة تحت عنوان: دراسة مقارنة بين البنوك الإسلامية والبنوك الكلاسيكية. فقد أمكن دراسة البنكين من منظور مقارن قائم على استخدام المنهج التحليلي التقييمي، وذلك من خلال الدراسة التطبيقية بجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالعائد والمخاطرة بالنسبة لبنكي البركة الجزائري والوطني الجزائري، ومقارنتهما بكفاية رأس المال. وقد تعددت أبعاد البحث والدراسة، وهو خلاصة النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال قدرة كفاية رأس المال على تغطية مخاطر السيولة بالنسبة للبنك الوطني الجزائري، أما بالنسبة لبنك البركة الجزائري عدم قدرة كفاية رأس المال لتغطية مخاطر السيولة نتيجة التحفظ بها. كخلاصة القول يرجع السبب لارتفاع نسبة مخاطر السيولة إلى طبيعة وخصوصية عمل البنوك الإسلامية ووجودها في ظل بيئة لا تراعي أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية	en_US
