| dc.description | The evolution of the banking system is considered the nervous system of the national economy. Both national and foreign banks have taken an active role in this development, contributing to the enrichment of the national economy. Our study aims to assess the efficiency of these banks through a questionnaire directed at all individuals in the sample population, focusing on comparing them by evaluating the services provided by both types of banks.
