dc.description	The evolution of the banking system is considered the nervous system of the national economy. Both national and foreign banks have taken an active role in this development, contributing to the enrichment of the national economy. Our study aims to assess the efficiency of these banks through a questionnaire directed at all individuals in the sample population, focusing on comparing them by evaluating the services provided by both types of banks. Through this evaluation, we have realized the importance of foreign banks in terms of the quality of services that contribute to the high management qualifications of Algerian institutions	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعد تطور الجهاز المصرفي بمثابة الجهاز العصبي للإقتصاد الوطني ، فقد شرعت كلا من البنوك الوطنية والجنبية بإحتلال الدور الفعال لهذا التطور لمساهمة في إثراء إقتصاد الوطني. وتهدف دراستنا إلى التعرف على التقييم الكفاءة لهذه البنوك عن طريق اعداد استبيان موجه الى جميع افراد عينات المجتمع ، عن التركيز على المقارنة فيها من خلال تقييم الخدمات المقدمة من كلاهما ، والتي من خلالها توصلنا الى اهمية البنوك الاجنبية من خلال نوعية الخدمات المؤدية الى التاهيل العالي في تسيير المؤسسات الجزائرية	en_US
