| Résumé: | من خلال هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق أسلوب إحصائي لقياس جودة الخدمات المصرفية والمتمثل في خرائط الجودة،حيث تم تطبيق نوعين من هذه الخرائط هما خرائط الجودة للمتغيرات وخرائط الجودة للجمع التراكمي، وهذه الدراسة طبقت على البنك الوطني الجزائري -وكالة تيارت-540 ،حيث أن الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو تطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية لمساعدة متخذ القرار بطريقة علمية في ضبط جودة الخدمات المصرفية وذلك لأهمية المؤسسات الخدمية ودورها في دفع عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأي مجتمع مما يستدعي التعرف على الأساليب المتبعة في المصارف و العمل على ترشيد القرارات باستخدام هذه الأساليب وذلك بمعلومات مستمدة من دراسة ميدانية قائمة على أساس عملي لمؤسسة عمومية خدمية. وقد توصلنا إلى ان خرائط الجودة للمتغيرات كانت في أغلبها مستقرة إحصائيا،أما خرائط الجودة للجمع التراكمي فقد كانت غير مستقرة إحصائيا |
| Description: | Through this study, a statistical method was applied to measure the quality of banking services represented in quality chart, where two types of these charts were applied, namely quality charts for variables and quality charts for cumulative collection, and this study was applied to the National Bank of Algeria - Tiaret Agency -540, as the main objective This study aims to apply statistical methods to assist the decision-maker in a scientific way in controlling the quality of banking services, due to the importance of service institutions and their role in advancing the process of economic and social development of any society, which requires identifying the methods used in banks and working to rationalize decisions using these methods, with information derived from a study Field based on a practical basis for a service public institution. We found that the quality charts of the variables were mostly statistically stable, while the quality charts of the cumulative collection were statistically unstable |
