dc.description	Industrial hazards are considered one of the most important challenges facing the economic establishment in the efficiency of countries, which requires finding radical and objective solutions by resorting to insurance companies to obtain insurance contracts that guarantee rights represented in compensation covering the damages caused by these risks and given the importance of insurance in this field The Algerian industrial establishments sought to embody the endeavor represented in the insurance of industrial risks, especially with the public insurance companies, in application of the legal procedures in force in the field of economic activities and the obligation to insure their risks, and far away of insurance culture and lack of awareness among the managers of these sectors	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر الأخطار الصناعية من أهم التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسة الاقتصادية في كفاءة الدول الأمر الذي يتطلب ايجاد حلول جذرية و موضوعية من خلال اللجوء الى شركات التامين للحصول على عقود التأمين تضمن حقوق متمثلة في تعويضات تغطي الاضرار التي تسبب لها هذه المخاطر و نظرا لأهمية التأمين في هذا المجال سعت المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية الى تجسيد المسعى المتمثل في التأمين على المخاطر الصناعية، خاصة لدى شركات التامين العمومية وذلك تطبيقا للاجراءات القانونية المعمول بها في مجال الانشطة الاقتصادية، ووجوب التأمين على مخاطرها، غير أن فعالية هذا الاجراء تبقى في أغلب الاحيان صورية و بعيد عن الواقعية والموضوعية بسبب ضعف الثقافة التأمينية و قلة الوعي لدى مسيري هذه القطاعات	en_US
