| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير جودة الخدمة الصحية على القرار الشرائي للمرضى في عيادة الحكمة للصحة )أمراض القلب، التحاليل الطبية( بتيارت، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان للمرضى، حيث وزعت الاستمارات على عينة قدر حجمها ب 07 مريض وذلك لغرض اختبار الفرضيات للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss لعرض وتحليل نتائج الدراسة. وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط موجبة قوية بين كل من بعد الملموسية و بعد الاعتمادية وبعد الأمان مع القرار الشرائي، بينما لا توجد علاقة ارتباط موجبة بين بعد الاستجابة والاهتمام مع القرار الشرائي لمرضى عيادة الحكمة للصحة. كما لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية مجتمعة على القرار الشرائي لمرضى عيادة الحكمة للصحة، وتوصلنا إلى أنه لا توجد فروقات ذات دلالة احصائية لإجابات المبحوثين حول تأثير جودة الخدمة الصحية بأبعادها على القرار الشرائي لمرضى عيادة الحكمة للصحة تعزى لعامل الجنس والسن والمؤهل العلمي والحالة الاجتماعية |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the extent to which the quality of Health Service affects the purchasing decision of patients at the Hikma health clinic (Cardiology, medical analysis) in Tiaret, and to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was designed for patients, where the forms were distributed to a sample size of 80 patients for the purpose of testing hypotheses to answer the study questions using the program of the statistical package of Social Sciences SPSS to view and analyze the results of the study. Through this study, we found that there is a strong positive correlation between the dimension of concreteness, reliability and safety with the purchasing decision, while there is no positive correlation between the dimension of response and attention with the purchasing decision of Hikma health clinic patients, there is no statistically significant impact of the dimensions of the quality of health services combined on the purchasing decision of Hikma health clinic patients, we also found that there are no statistically significant differences age, educational qualification and marital status |
