| Résumé: | تناولت دراستنا تحليل سوق العمل في الجزائر في الفترة 1990-2022، حيث تطرقنا الى ماهية سوق العمل وأهم النظريات المفسرة له ، كما تناولنا تطورسياسة التشغيل في الجزائر في الفترة المدروسة ، لاحظنا تفاوت في الارقام نظرا للأزمات التي شهدتها البلاد ولكن كانت هناك جهودا متواصلة لتوفير مناصب الشغل عبر برامج مختلفة اقتصادية ، كما تطرقنا الى العرض والطلب في هذا الفترة واهم البرامج المرافقة للتخفيف من حدة البطالة |
| Description: | Our study dealt with the analysis of the labor market in Algeria in the period between (1990-2022), where we touched on the nature of the labor market and the most important theories explaining it. We also dealt with the development of employment policy in Algeria during the period studied. There are continuous efforts to provide job positions through various economic programmes. We also touched on supply and demand in this period and the most important accompanying programs to alleviate unemployment |
