| Abstract: | من أهم ما يتم في عقود المشاريع مدة إنجازها وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد ،إلا أن هناك بعض المشاكل والعوائق تتمثل في تأخير أو توقف هذه المشاريع،والسبب في ذلك راجع إلى نقص أداء الوظائف الإدارية في إدارة المشاريع وعدم الإهتمام والحرص على الدراسات التقنية وجدوها ،وعدم الإستخدام الأمثل للأساليب العلمية في التحليل الشبكي. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على أسلوب المسار الحرج ( CPM/ PERT) وبرنامجين QM و WIN QSB في عملية تقديم مدة إنجاز هذه المشاريع.وبالرغم من هذا تبقى مدة إنجاز المشاريع ضبابية نتيجة وجود ظواهر طبيعية وقوة قاهرة بحيث لا يمكننا التحكم فيها خاصة في المشاريع الهندسية |
| Description: | One of the most important things in project contracts is the duration of their completion and timely delivery, but there are certain problems and obstacles represented by the delay or stoppage of these projects. The reason for this is due to the lack of performance of administrative functions in project management, the lack of attention and concern for technical studies and their finding, and the lack of optimal use of scientific methods in network analysis, through this study we adopted the critical path method (CPM. PERT) and two programs QM and WIN QSB in the aim to make progress in the execution of projects and reduce completion times Despite this, the deadline for carrying out projects remains ambiguous following multiple natural disasters and force majeure that we cannot perfectly control, particularly in engineering projects. |
