| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز أهمية الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية في البنوك التجارية لتحقيق رضا الزبون من وجهة نظر موظفيها .و قد شملت الدراسة أهم الاستراتيجيات المتبعة من طرف البنك لاكتساب ميزة تنافسية من خلال تقديم خدمة إلكترونية ذات جودة وكفاءة عالية واستخدامها لتحسين الاداء وكسب الوقت ومن ثمّ الحصول على رضا العميل، مما يضمن للبنك مكانة مرموقة تساعده على البقاء والاستمرار في السوق البنكي. ومن خلال دراستنا حول مساهمة الخدمات الإلكترونية في البنوك التجارية لتحقيق رضا الزبون قمنا بإسقاط هذه الدراسة على بنك الفلاحة والتنمية لولاية تيارت 541، وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ هذا البنك يعد أحد اهم البنوك التجارية على المستوى الوطني |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the importance of electronic banking services in commercial banks to achieve customer satisfaction from the point of view of their employees. The study included the most important strategies adopted by the bank to gain a competitive advantage by providing an electronic service of high quality and efficiency and using it to improve performance and save time and then obtain on customer satisfaction, which guarantees the bank a prominent position that helps it survive and continue in the banking market. And through our study on the contribution of electronic services in commercial banks to achieve customer satisfaction, we projected this study on the Bank of Agriculture and Development of the state of Tiaret 541, and we concluded through this study that this bank is one of the most important commercial banks at the national level |
