| Abstract: | إن توفير الخدمات المالية الرقمية يلعب دورا مهما في التخفيف من أزمة السيولة. وذلك عن طريق تزويد الأفراد والشركات بوسائل دفع آمنة وفعالة ومنخفضة الكلفة. ومن أجل الاستفادة من فوائد الخدمات الرقمية بشكل كامل، يجب على المؤسسات التكنولوجية والمصرفية تعزيز قدراتها التكنولوجية، وتوفير الأمان، الشفافية والخصوصية للمستخدمين. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى حتمية رقمنة الخدمات المالية، وهي الخطوة التي تبنتها مؤسسة بريد الجزائر في إطار التخفيف من أزمة السيولة التي تهدد النمو الاقتصادي، وذلك باعتماد الدفع الالكتروني بواسطة البطاقة الذهبية. وبشكل عام، فإن الخدمات المالية الرقمية تعمل على تعزيز الاقتصاد، وتحسن الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية وزيادة الاستثمارات والتجارة، وتساهم في الحد من أزمة السيولة |
| Description: | Providing digital financial services, plays a major role in reducing the liquidity crisis, by offering a safe and efficient payment means with a lower cost for individuals and companies. And to fully benefit from financial services, technological and banking institutions have to enhance their technological abilities, and providing security, transparency and privacy for users. This study concluded that digitizing financial services is a must, and it is the step that Algerian Mail Corporation adopted it in order to reducing liquidity crisis that threatens the economic development, by depending on E-payment with Eddahabia card. In general, digital financial services works on building up the economy, enhancing the access to financial services and increasing the investments and trading, and contribute in limiting the liquidity crisis. |
