| Abstract: | نشاط وكفـاءة سوق الأوراق المالية ، يتحقق جزء منها بضخ مجموعة واسعة من الأدوات و العمليات المالية الجديدة ، و على خدمات الوسطاء الماليين المحفزة على الاستثمار في ظل توفير الشفافية و الحياد ، التزامهم بالضوابط التي تفرضها هيئة السوق لضمان استمراريتها، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن سوق الأردن للأوراق المالية اثبت كفاءته ، من خلال تحسن أداء الوسطاء الماليين ، بتزايد الابتكارات المالية واللجوء إلى أساليب استثمار مبتكرة وحديثة ، لو لم تكبح نشاطه الظروف السياسية و الاقتصادية العالمية ، متمثلة في الحروب و الأزمات المالية و الصحية ، التي كانت تداعياتها سلبية على الاقتصاد الأردني ككل |
| Description: | The activity and efficiency of the stock market, part of which is achieved by injecting a wide range of new financial tools and operations, and the services of financial intermediaries that stimulate investment in light of providing transparency and impartiality, their commitment to the controls imposed by the Market Authority to ensure its continuity The study concluded that the Jordan Stock Exchange proved its efficiency, through the improvement of the performance of financial intermediaries, by increasing financial innovations and resorting to innovative and modern investment methods, if its activity was not curbed by global political and economic conditions, represented by wars and financial and health crises, whose repercussions were Negative for the Jordanian economy as a whole |
