dc.description	Emerging enterprises play a major role in the national economy by supporting diversity and their contribution to creating job opportunities and raising the national income. With the help of the mechanisms that support and accompany them, which are represented by various bodies such as the role of entrepreneurship, incubators and business accelerators. The “Nursery of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Wilaya of Tiaret” was highlighted, which is considered one of the most important bodies concerned with entrepreneurial work, as the most important fields were counted and The sectors that incubated emerging enterprises and how to do so. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the emergence of a new approach in Algeria to make this a success and to modernize the incubators sector and financial support agencies in line with its growth	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تلعب المؤسسات الناشئة دورا كبيرا في الاقتصاد الوطني عن طريق دعم التنوع و مساهمتها في إيجاد فرص العمل ورفع الناتج الداخل الوطني. بمساعدة الآليات التي تقوم بدعمها و مرافقتها التي تتمثل في مختلف الهيئات من دور المقولاتية، الحاضنات و مسرعات الأعمال.حيث تم تسليط الضوء على "مشتلة المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة لولاية تيارت" والتي تعتبر من أهم الهيئات التي تهتم بالأعمال الريادية حيث تم إحصاء أهم المجالات و القطاعات التي احتضنت المؤسسات الناشئة و كيفية ذلك، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها بروز التوجه الجديد في الجزائر لإنجاح هذا و عصرنة قطاع الحاضنات و هيئات الدعم المالي بما يتلاءم مع نموها.	en_US
