dc.description	In the last three decades of the last century, there has been an increase in interest in emerging enterprises, which have become the main artery in the economy, by advancing economic development and having positive effects on job creation, innovation, growth and development of performance. This is based on the conditions of establishment, the creation of mechanisms and bodies supporting them, the support of some countries approving them, and the provision of some government subsidies in order to gain the confidence of young people by establishing a start-up institution, regardless of the funding sources of a major funded component, and the continuation of the interest in business incubators as a supportive tool for emerging enterprises, which made them face difficulties in financing and the majority of them focus On financing through a bank because it is widespread	en_US
dc.description.abstract	في العقود الثلاثة الأخيرة من القرن الماضي تزايد باهتمام بالمؤسسات الناشئة، أصبحت تلعب شريان الرئيسي في الاقتصاد، ذلك بدفع عجلة تنمية الاقتصادية ولها أثار إيجابية لخلق فرص العمل والابتكار ونمو وتطوير الأداء، هذا ما ميزها عن باقي المؤسسات، بإضافة إلا محاولة الجزائر بالمبادرة إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة وذلك بشروط الإنشاء وخلق آليات وهيئات الداعمة لها ومساندة بعض الدول موافقة لها وتقديم بعض الإعانات الحكومية من أجل كسب ثقة الشباب بإنشاء مؤسسة ناشئة بغض النظر مصادر تمويل عنصر رئيسي ممول والاستمرار إلا تأخر الاهتمام بالحاضنات الأعمال كأداة داعمة للمؤسسات الناشئة مما جعلها توجه صعوبات في تمويل وأغلبية تركز على تمويل عن طريق بنك لأنه منتشر بكثرة	en_US
