| Résumé: | تعتبر المشاريع الإستثمارية في البنوك التجارية أداة أساسية لتعزيز الربحية و تنمية الأعمال، و يعد تمويلها عملية توفير الأموال و الموارد المالية للأفراد و الشركات الراغبة في تنفيذ المشاريع الإستثمارية و يلعب البنك الدور الرئيسي في هذه العملية حيث يقدم القروض و الإئتمان و غيرها من الخدمات المالية لدعم هذه المشاريع . تعد البنوك التجارية مصادر الرئيسية للتمويل مختلفة مثل العقارات التجارية ، تأسيس الشركات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، توسعة الأعمال التجارية الحالية، و تطوير التكنولوجيا و غيرها من المشاريع الإستثمارية. وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاعتماد على المقابلة الشخصية مع رئيسة مصلحة القروض للوصول إلى حل نهائي للمشكل الرئيسي المطروح، حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح إجراءات وآليات التي تتبعها البنوك التجارية في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية من أجل اتخاذ قرار الائتمان السليم. |
| Description: | Investment projects in commercial banks are a key tool to promote profitability and business development, and their financing is the provision of funds and financial resources to individuals and companies wishing to undertake investment projects. Commercial banks are the main sources of financing for various types of commercial real estate, establishing small and medium companies, expanding existing businesses, developing technology and other investment projects. The analytical, descriptive and interviewing approach with the head of the Loans Authority was followed to reach a final solution to the main problem. The study aims to clarify the procedures and mechanisms that commercial banks follow in financing investment projects, in order to make the right credit decision |
