| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحليل وتحديد أثرجودة خدمة النقل الجوي على رضا الزبائن بغرض كسب ثقتهم والمحافظة على الحالين وجذب زبائن جدد . ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم إختيار عينة من مجتمع الدراسة مكونة من 50 زبون المتعاملين مع شركة الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية بمطار وهران ، وقمنا باسترجاع 40 إستبيان قابل للمعالجة باستخدام برنامج spss.v26. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن كل بعد من أبعاد جودة خدمة النقل الجوي لها تأثير على رضا الزبون وكذلك غالبية الزبائن لديهم ثقة تجاه الشركة . توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن لجودة خدمة النقل الجوي أثر موجب على رضا الزبون للخطوط الجوية الجزائرية، ويرجع هذا الأثر إلى تأثير ( الإعتمادية ، الإستجابة، الملموسية ، الأمان ، التعاطف ) على رضا الزبائن للخطوط الجوية الجزائرية . وإنطلاقا من النتائج المتوصل إليها تم تقديم مجموعة التوصيات للخطوط الجوية الجزائرية |
| Description: | This study aimed to analyze and determine the impact of the quality of air transport service on customer satisfaction in order to gain their trust, maintain existing ones, and attract new customers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of 50 customers of the Air Algerie company at Oran airport was selected from the study population, and we retrieved 40 questionnaires that could be processed using the spss .v26 program The study concluded that each dimension of the quality of air transport service has an impact on customer satisfaction, as well as the majority of customers have confidence in the company. The results of the study concluded that the quality of air transport service has a positive impact on customer satisfaction for Air Algerie, and this effect is due to the effect of (reliability, responsiveness, tangibility, safety, empathy) on customer satisfaction for Air Algerie. Based on the results reached, a set of recommendations were presented to Air Algérie. |
