| Abstract: | يثير موضوع التجارة الالكترونية جدلا واسعا في الأوساط القانونية العالمية اليوم ذلك أن التطور المتسارع لتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال و المعلوماتية ،و ما افرزه من مشكلات يستدعي وجود منظومة قانونية تحدد نطاق و كيفية تنظيم هذه التجارة و تقنيات فرض الضريبة عليها .إذا عملت التشريعات الدولية و الوطنية على مواكبة هذه التطورات بتحديثها منظوماتها القانونية ، فإن ذلك يستوجب البحث في التنظيم القانوني للتجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر على غرار مثيلاتها في العالم، في ظل ما جاء في القانون رقم 18 _ 05المتعلق بالتجارة الإلكترونية، و ما أقره من تنظيم قانوني في هذا الشأن ، و قد تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول مفهوم جباية الأعمال الإلكترونية في الجزائر بصفة عامة مع تسلط الضوء على الانظمة الجبائية الخاضعة لها مركزين على التنظيم القانوني للتجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر |
