dc.description	This study aims to know the impact of credit risk management on improving the performance of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development and Tiaret Agency. Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - Tiaret -. We also came out with recommendations, the most important of which is that banks apply effective credit control and follow-up systems, and ensure that commercial banks are required to establish a credit risk department as part of the bank’s management to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of tools to address these risks, in order to ensure a good performance of the bank.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر ادارة المخاطر الائتمانية على تحسين اداء بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة تيارت ،وقد شملت عينة الدراسة على 30موظفا في البنك محل الدراسة ،وتوصلنا من خلال النتائج المستخرجة من برنامج SPSS.v24 الى وجود اثر موجب بين ادارة المخاطر الائتمانية وتحسين اداء البنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية –تيارت-. كما خرجنا الى توصيات اهمها ان تقوم البنوك بتطبيق انظمة فعالة لمراقبة الائتمان ومتابعته و الحرص على الزام البنوك التجارية على انشاء ادارة للمخاطر الائتمانية كجزء من ادارة البنك لمراقبة مدى كفاءة وفعالية ادوات معالجة هذه المخاطر، وذلك لضمان اداء حسن للبنك	en_US
