dc.description	This study examines the relationship between financial strategy and economic growth in the Algerian economy during 1990-2020، testing the strategy's effectiveness and its role in achieving high growth rates. It aims to construct a standard economic growth model based on financial strategy variables، using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The findings reveal a negative correlation between management expenses and economic growth in Algeria. On the other hand،, a positive correlation was observed between equipment expenditures and economic growth، implying that higher spending on equipment improves growth rates. The primary conclusion emphasizes that Algeria's financial strategy is closely linked to growth rates، as this indicator is crucial for evaluating the success of the government's financial and economic policies	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هذه الدراسة تستهدف بحث العلاقة ين الاستراتيجية المالية والنمو الاقتصادي في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 1990-2020 وتختبر مدى فعالية هذه الاستراتيجية ودورها في تحقيق معدلات نمو اقتصادي مرتفعة. مع محاولة بناء نموذج قياسي للنمو الاقتصادي بالاعتماد على متغيرات الاستراتيجية المالية المفسرة له، باستخدام نموذج تصحيح الخطأ العشوائي (VECM) . أظهرت نتائج الدراسة علاقة سلبية بين نفقات التسيير والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائري، حيث تؤدي زيادة هذه النفقات الى انخفاض معدلات النمو. باالاضافة الى ذلك ، أوضحت الدراسة علاقة ايجابية بين نفقات التجهيز والنمو لاقتصادي، حيث تساهم زيادة هذه النفقات في تحسين معدلات النمو . الاستنتاج الرئيسي يشير الى أن الاستراتيجية المالية للجزائر مرتبطة ارتباطا وثيقاً بالنمو الاقتصادي، حيث يعد هذا المؤشر من أهم المعايير المستخدمة لتحديد نجاح السياسات المالية التي تتبعها الحكومة.	en_US
