| Abstract: | تعد نماذج المحاكاة من النماذج المهمة في الأساليب الكمية، حيث تستخدم في حل المشاكل الاقتصادية والأنظمة المعقدة جدا، فهي تساعد متخذي ومسؤولي القرار في الحصول على الحل الأمثل والمناسب، ولمعرفة التغيرات التي تطرأ على هذا الحل يستخدم مجموعة من الطرق والأساليب الرياضية والحسابات العددية عن طريق استخدام الحاسوب والبرامج الجاهزة التي توفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد لمتخذي القرار، ولهذه الأهمية قمنا باستخدام المحاكاة في حل نماذج مهمة وحيوية في مجال الأساليب الكمية باعتبارها من النماذج التي تساهم في اتخاذ القرارات، وهي نظرية صفوف الانتظار ومشكلة المخزون، فقمنا بدراسة ومعالجة المشكلة ومعرفة عناصرها ثم ايجاد الحل المناسب والملائم لها وتعتبر نتائج المحاكاة هي الأفضل لأنها تساهم في التوصل إلى الحلول ذات القرارات البديلة مما يجعل متخذ القرار اختيار الحل الأمثل من الحلول الموضوعة عكس النماذج التي تقدم حلا وحيدا |

They help decision makers and officials in obtaining the optimal and appropriate solution, and to find out the changes that occur in this solution, a group of mathematical methods and methods and numerical calculations are used. Computer and ready-made programs that save a lot of time and effort for decision makers, Because of this importance, we used simulation to solve important and vital models in the field of quantitative methods, as they are among the models that contribute to decision-making, which is the theory of queues and the inventory problem. Reaching solutions with alternative decisions, which makes the decision-maker choose the optimal solution from the established solutions, unlike models that provide a single solution |
