| Abstract: | الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو إظهار وكشف عن أهمية ودرجة قدرة دار مقاولاتية على تنمية الفكر المقاولاتي في الوسط الجامعي، بعد أن كان طلاب الجامعة يبحثون عن وظائف بدأو في عرض مناصبهم في المشاريع وإنشاء الأعمال الصغيرة من خلال برامج وفعاليات والانشطة والدورات التدريبية، وكذلك من خلال التعاون مع المؤسسات الداعمة التي تساهم في مرافقة أصحاب المشاريع. حيث لخصنا الدراسة الميدانية التي تسمح لدار المقاولاتية بالمساهمة في تعزيز وتطوير المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة وتسمح لهم بالدخول الى عالم الأعمال، وجاءت الدراسة بعينة من الطلبة متمثلة في تخصصي أولى ماستر وثانية ماستر بالاعتماد على الإستبيانات بالرفض أو القبول، تم إستخدام برنامج Spss لإثبات صحة الفرضية. لقد توصلنا إلى عدد من الإستنتاجات أهمها وجود دار المقاولاتية بين الطلبة لها دور فعال في التطوير وتنمية الفكر المقاولاتي والعمل على جذب إنتباه الطلاب وتوجيههم وإرشادهم لممارسة العمل المقاولاتي |
| Description: | The purpose of this study is to show and reveal the importance and degree of the ability of a entrepreneurial house to develop the entrepreneurial thought in the university milieu, after the university students were looking for jobs, they began to present their positions in projects and establish small businesses through programs, events, activities and training courses, as well as through cooperation With supporting institutions that contribute to accompanying entrepreneurs. Where we summarized the field study that allows the House of Entrepreneurship to contribute to the promotion and development of entrepreneurship among students and allows them to enter the business world. We have come to a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of an entrepreneurial house among students that has an effective role in the development and development of entrepreneurial thought and work to attract the attention of students and direct and guide them to practice entrepreneurial work |
