Description: This study aimed to clarify the importance of the role played by business incubators as a mechanism to support and accompany emerging institutions, in the midst of economic transformations and the tremendous developments witnessed by the world in various fields, countries sought to achieve a number of goals, most notably attention to the economic aspect. In this regard, Algeria, like other countries, attaches great importance to emerging enterprises as one of the main pillars for the development of the market economy and advancing development, so it has taken all necessary measures and means of support in accompanying these structures due to their vulnerability to facing severe external competition, perhaps the most prominent of which is business incubators or the so-called nurseries of institutions, where the latter provide the necessary facilities and assistance until these institutions are able to grow and continue. In light of this proposal, we conducted a field study of the nurseries of small and medium enterprises in the wilaya of Tiaret and stood on the most prominent examples of owners of ideas and project holders among those who were accompanied within the nursery programs and who form initial plans and the beginning of startup projects.
