| Résumé: | تشهد الجزائر كغيرها من الدول نموا في عدد المشاريع المقاولاتية في مختلف القطاعات نظرا للدور الذي تقدمه هذه المشاريع من خلال مساهمتها في التقليل من حدّة البطالة وذلك عن طريق المساهمة في دعم وتشجيع الإبتكار والتنويع من المشاريع المقاولاتية في الجزائر، حيث يمكن للإبتكار تحسين جودة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة. من خلال الدراسة الميدانية في الصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالة وكالة تيارت توصلنا إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الصندوق في تمويل المشاريع المقاولاتية التي تمثلت في عدّة قطاعات إقتصادية، كما توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة في الوصول إلى عدّة نتائج تمثلت في مساعدة الصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالة في التقليل من الضغط الإجتماعي والإقتصادي الناجم عن البطالة، كما يعدّ الصندوق أحد الأدوات المهمة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر من خلال توفير الدعم المالي والتدريبي والتوجيهي للعاطلين عن العمل والتسهيل من عملية إندماجهم في سوق العمل وتحقيق أهدافهم. |
| Description: | Study summary: Algeria, like other countries, is witnessing a growth in the number of entrepreneurial projects in various sectors, due to the role played by these projects through their contribution to reducing unemployment, by contributing to supporting and encouraging innovation and diversification of entrepreneurial projects in Algeria, where innovation can improve the quality of products and services provided. Through the field study in the National Fund for Unemployment Insurance, the Tiaret Agency, we have come to know the extent of the fund’s contribution to financing entrepreneurial projects, which were represented in several economic sectors. The fund is also one of the important tools for achieving sustainable development in Algeria by providing financial, training and guidance support for the unemployed and facilitating their integration into the labor market and achieving their goals. |
