Résumé:	هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور حوكمة الشركات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للعمال بمؤسسة نفطال تيارت . انطلاقا من ان حوكمة الشركات تعتبر من اهم الأنماط الإدارية الحديثة التي تعتبر بمثابة الأداء التي تضمن كفاءة إدارة الشركة في استغلالها لمواردها و هذا ما يؤدي الى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ، حيث تناولنا مختلف اساسيات الحوكمة بالياتها ( اليات داخلية و اليات خارجية ) و الميزة التنافسية . اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعلى اجراء الدراسة الميدانية على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة للوصول الى نتائج قابلة للتعميم والاستفادة منها. تمثل مجتمع البحث في العاملين بمديرية مؤسسة نفطال تيارت والبالغ عددهم ( 50 )عاملا ، وتم جمع بيانات الدراسة من خلال استخدام استبانة مؤلفة من ( 21 )عبارة، تم توزيعيا على 50 عاملا داخل مصالح المديرية لمؤسسة نفطال تيارت ، وقد استرجع منها( 44 ) استبانة صالحة، حيث تم تفريغها وتحليلها في برنامج spss لإبراز دور اليات الحوكمة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية كمتغير وسيط. وتوصلت النتائج الى ان الحوكمة تلعب دورا مهما في تحقيق تنافسية بمؤسسة نفطال تيارت
Description:	The study aimed to identify the role of corporate governance in achieving the competitive advantage for workers in the Tiaret Oil Corporation. Proceeding from the fact that corporate governance is considered one of the most important modern administrative patterns that are considered as performance that guarantees the efficiency of the company's management in its exploitation of its resources, and this leads to the achievement of competitive advantage, as we dealt with the various basics of governance with its mechanisms (internal and external mechanisms) and the competitive advantage. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach and on conducting a field study on a sample of the study population to reach generalizable results and benefit from them. The research community was represented by workers in the Directorate of the Tiaret Petroleum Corporation, who numbered (50) workers. The data of the study were collected with a questionnaire consisting of (21) phrases, which were distributed among 50 workers within the directorate’s departments of the Tiaret Petroleum Corporation. (44) Valid questionnaires were retrieved from them. Where it was unpacked and analyzed in the spss program to highlight the role of governance mechanisms in achieving competitive advantage as an intermediate variable. The results concluded that governance plays an important role in achieving competitiveness in the Tiaret Oil Corporation
