dc.description	Through this study, we are trying to address the issue of reforming the business performance environment that supports competitive performance in Algeria compared to other Arab countries that have gone through several stages in the path of comprehensive development, and by analysing its indicators, the various strategies and reforms that it has followed in order to raise the levels of the national economy for all countries, In addition to analysing the investment climate in Algeria and the level of attractiveness of the business environment for foreign investments, which is an indicator of the ability of countries to open up the economy in light of the increase in competition and the search for financial flows,It turned out that most of the economies of the Arab countries, especially Algeria, must work hard in order to fight corruption, enhance transparency, and establish economic and institutional reforms as the best ways to address the current confrontations and challenges in light of the business environment and the competitiveness of the current economy, in addition to that the Algerian performance in attracting foreign investments is still weak in attracting Investment flows despite the efforts to generate an appropriate and successful investment environment with the aim of qualifying the Algerian economy with the requirements of globalization	en_US
dc.description.abstract	نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى موضوع إصلاح بيئة أداء الأعمال التي تدعم الأداء التنافسي في الجزائر مقارنة مع الدول العربية الأخرى التي مرت بعدة مراحل في مسار التنمية الشاملة، ومن خلال تحليل مؤشراتها مختلف الاستراتيجيات والإصلاحات التي اتبعتها من أجل رفع مستويات الاقتصاد الوطني لكل الدول، بالإضافة إلى تحليل مناخ الاستثمار في الجزائر ومستوى جاذبية بيئة الأعمال للاستثمارات الأجنبية والذي يعتبر مؤشر عن قدرة الدول على الانفتاح الاقتصادي في ظل زيادة المنافسة والبحث عن التدفقات المالية، تبين أن أغلب اقتصاديات الدول العربية بالأخص الجزائر لابد أن تعمل جاهدة من أجل محاربة الفساد وتعزيز الشفافية وتثبيت الإصلاحات الاقتصادية والمؤسساتية كأفضل لبطرق للتصدي للمواجهات والتحديات الحالية في ظل بيئة الأعمال وتنافسية الاقتصاد الحالي، بالإضافة إلى أن الأداء الجزائري في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية لا زال ضعيفا في استقطاب التدفقات الاستثمارية رغم الجهود الرامية لتوليد بيئة استثمارية ملائمة وناجحة بهدف تأهيل الاقتصاد الجزائري مع متطلبات العولمة	en_US
