| Résumé: | تتنافس دول العالم في الوقت الراهن على من يأتي على قمة هرم التقدم والتطور، ولا يمكن تحقيق الرغبة المرجوة إلا من خلال بناء مجتمع معرفي يقوم على استثمار الاصول المعرفية لتحقيق أكبر عائد ممكن عن طريق استهداف المنظمات التعليمية باعتبارها أهم ركيزة يقوم عليها، وبالتالي فإن تبني إدارة المعرفة كاستراتيجية في منظمات التعليم العالي يؤدي إلى تحقيق الجودة فيها ومنه الارتقاء بأداء هذه المنظمات وتحقيق أهدافها بأفضل العوائد. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وجودة التعليم العالي من خلال مجموعة من العناصر والمعايير وما يترتب عن هذه العلاقة من تحقيق لأهداف المجتمع عامة ومؤسسات التعليم العالي خاصة، استخدمنا في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري اعتمادا على بعض المراجع (كتب، مقالات ...)، أما الجانب التطبيقي فاعتمدنا المنهج التحليلي عن طريق الاستبيان أين تم توزيعه على بعض الأساتذة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة ابن خلدون –تيارت- خلال السنة الدراسية 2022/2023. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الكلية محل الدراسة تقوم بتطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة وتجسيدها، كما توصلت إلى وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة احصائية عالية بين إدارة المعرفة بالكلية كمتغير مستقل وبين تحسين جودة التعليم العالي كمتغير تابع، كما تم اقتراح توفير بنية تكنولوجية تساعد على تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي |
| Description: | The countries of the world are currently competing for who comes at the top of the pyramid of progress and development, and the desired desire can only be achieved by building a knowledge society based on investing knowledge assets to achieve the largest possible return by targeting educational organizations as the most important pillar upon which it is based. Knowledge as a strategy in higher education organizations leads to achieving quality in them, including improving the performance of these organizations and achieving their goals with the best returns. This study seeks to clarify the relationship between knowledge management and the quality of higher education through a set of elements and standards and the consequences of this relationship in achieving the goals of society in general and higher education institutions in particular. ..), as for the applied side, we adopted the analytical approach through the questionnaire, where it was distributed to some professors at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Ibn Khaldun University - Tiaret - during the academic year 2022/2023. This study concluded that the college under study implements knowledge management processes and their embodiment. It also found that there is a direct relationship with high statistical significance between knowledge management in the college as an independent variable and improving the quality of higher education as a dependent variable.
