| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء حول دور إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي ، حيث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال التطرق الى اهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بإدارة المعرفة، وجودة التعليم العالي ،ودور إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي ،وتناولنا في الدراسة التطبيقية جامعة ملايا في ماليزيا كنموذج يحتذى به من خلال تطبيق أحدث الوسائل والمناهج التعليمية والبرامج وكذا التكنولوجيا والاتصالات الحديثة في جودة التعليم العالي ، ومن اهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي ما يلي : تعتبر إدارة المعرفة أحدث المفاهيم والمداخل الإدارية، وأهم سمات الإدارة الحديثة، والتي تعني الاستخدام الأمثل للمعرفة بشقيها الضمني والصريح من أجل خل القيمة، تمكن من تحقيق العديد من الفوائد كزيادة الكفاءة والفعالية، تحسين الأداء، تحقيق سرعة الاستجابة للتغيرات البيئية . اهتمام بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وبالمورد البشري من اهم اسباب تحسين جودة التعليم العالي |
| Description: | This study aimed to shed light on the role of knowledge management in achieving the quality of higher education, as we followed the descriptive analytical approach by addressing the most important concepts related to knowledge management, the quality of higher education, and the role of knowledge management in achieving the quality of higher education, and we dealt with the applied study in the University of Malaya In Malaysia as a role model through the application of the latest methods, educational curricula and programs as well as technology and modern communications in the quality of higher education, and the most important results reached in the theoretical and practical aspects are the following: Knowledge management is the latest administrative concepts and approaches, and the most important features of modern management, which means the optimal use of knowledge in both its tacit and explicit parts in order to create value, enabling many benefits such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, improving performance, achieving rapid response to environmental changes. Interest in information and communication technology and the human resource is one of the most important reasons for improving the quality of higher education. |
