| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الصراع التنظيمي على أداء العاملين بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للغرب بتيارت، و لقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لغرض جمع البيانات من عمال المؤسسة محل الدراسة والذي بلغ عددهم 50 عامل،وتم استخدام الرزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss لتحليل بيانات الاستمارة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل فيما يلي: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة α≤ 0.05 بين الصراع التنظيمي وأداء العاملين بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز "سونلغاز" بولاية تيارت . يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة α≤ 0.05 بين الصراع التنظيمي وأداء العاملين بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز "سونلغاز" بولاية تيارت |
| Description: | This study aimed to find out the impact of organizational conflict on the performance of workers in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation to the West in Tiaret, and the questionnaire was relied on for the purpose of collecting data from the workers of the institution under study, which numbered 50 workers, and the statistical package for social sciences spss was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The study reached a number of results, as follows: There is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance α ≤ 0.05 between the organizational conflict and the performance of employees at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation "Sonelgaz" in the state of Tiaret There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance α ≤ 0.05 between the organizational conflict and the performance of employees at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation "Sonelgaz" in the state of Tiaret |
