dc.description	This study aimed to investigate the significance of implement inartificial intelligence (AI) and emotional intelligence (EI) in improving the performance of organizations. The research for used on two scientific laboratories, namely the laboratory of electrical and plasma engineering, and the laboratory of energy engineering and artificial intelligence, within the Department of Electrical Engineering. These laboratories have a particular interest in technology and are actively engaged in exploring modern advancements. To accomplish the study's objectives, a questionnaire was designed and administered to a sample of 40 participants, consisting of professors, researchers, and student affiliated with the two laboratories. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).The findings of the study indicated a statistically significant relationship between the importance of utilizing AI and EI for enhancing job performance	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة مدى أهمية تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي والذكاء العاطفي في تحسين أداء المؤسسة من خلال دراسة حالة بالمخابر العلمية للهندسة الكهربائية بكلية العلوم التطبيقية قسم الهندسة الكهربائية باعتبار هذا الأخير مهتم بالتكنولوجيا والمتابع للتقنيات الحديثة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم وضع استبيان لغرض جمع المعلومات من أفراد العينة المكونة من 40 فرد دكاترة وطلبة باحثين بالمخابر وتم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS" لتحليل البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك دلالة إحصائية بين أهمية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي والذكاء العاطفي من أجل تحسين الأداء	en_US
