| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر العدالة التنظيمية على الرضا الوظيفي عن موظفي مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر –تيارت- حيث تحددت المشكلة الرئيسية لهذه الدراسة بالتساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل يوجد أثر بين العدالة التنظيمية والرضا الوظيفي لدى موظفي مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر –تيارت-؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة الدراسة والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بهذه الدراسة، حيث تم إختبار فرضيات الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 40 موظفي مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر –تيارت- وذلك باستخدام معامل الإرتباط بيرسون والانحدار الخطي إعتمادا على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -توجد علاقة موجبة ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة<0.05( α ) للعدالة التنظيمية و الرضا الوظيفي -توجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة<0.05( α ) للعدالة التنظيمية و الرضا الوظيفي |
| Description: | This study aimed to reveal the impact of organizational justice on the job satisfaction of the employees of Algeria Telecom Corporation - Tiaret - where the main problem of this study was identified by the following main question: Is there an effect between organizational justice and job satisfaction among the employees of Algeria Telecom Corporation - Tiaret -? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach appropriate to the nature of the study and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting data and information for this study. For Social Sciences SPSS, the study reached the following results: - There is a positive, statistically significant relationship at the level of significance <0.05 (α) for organizational justice and job satisfaction. - There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level <0.05 (α) for organizational justice and job satisfaction |
