dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة واقع تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، باعتبار أن إدارة الجودة الشاملة تعتبر من أهم الأنماط الإدارية الحديثة التي تمكن المؤسسات من تحسين جودة مخرجاتها. ولمعرفة مدى تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر قمنا بإجراء دراسة تحليلية لبعض المؤشرات المهمة التي تتمحور حول معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر مطبقة بنسبة أقل مقارنة بالدول الأخرى	en_US
