dc.description	The current study aims to investigate the relationship between psychological stress and pedagogical performance among primary school teachers. The correlational descriptive method was employed for this study. The sample size consisted of 43 primary school teachers. Tools used for data collection included the Psychological Stress Scale and the Pedagogical Performance Scale. The data were collected and analyzed using the SPSS software platform. Several results were obtained, among which the most significant finding was the statistically significant inverse correlation between psychological stress and pedagogical performance among primary school teachers.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة الحالیة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بین الإجهاد النفسي والأداء البیداغوجي لدى أساتذة التعلیم الابتدائي. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وقد قدرت عینةالدراسة ب 43 أستاذا في المرحلة الابتدائیة. قمنا بتطبیق أدوات المتمثلة في مقیاس الإجهاد النفسي ومقیاس الأداء البیداغوجي. كما قمنا بجمع بیانات وتحلیلها باستخدام برنامج spss. وقد استخلصنا مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباطیة عكسیة دالة إحصائیا بین الإجهاد النفسي والأداء البیداغوجي لدى أساتذة التعلیم الابتدائي.	en_US
