dc.description	The study dealt with a review of the impact of the Corona pandemic on the- Sonelgaz Tiaret - Foundation, as it is the backbone of the economy. The research problem crystallized in a central question that is how the Corona pandemic affected the -Sonelgaz Tiaret- Foundation. With regard to the methodological framework, the study relied on the descriptive approach, a case study, to test the hypotheses of the study, using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study sample was estimated at 56 individuals. This study resulted in the following results: * The Corona pandemic negatively affected the management within the Sonelgaz Tiaret Foundation. * The Corona pandemic has negatively affected public relations at the Sonelgaz Tiaret Foundation. *The Morona pandemic negatively affected the performance of the employees of the Sonelgaz Tiaret Foundation	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت الدراسة إستعراض أثر جائحة كورونا على مؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت، بغعتبارها العمود الفقري للإقتصاد، تبلورت المشكلة البحثية في تساؤل مركزي مفاده كيف أثرت جائحة كورنا على مؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت. فيما يخص الإطار المنهجي فقد إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي دراسة حالة لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة، بإستخدام الإستمارة كإداة لجمع البيانات وقدرت عينة الدراسة ب 56 مفردة ، وقد أسفرت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : أثرت جائحة كورنا سلبا على التسيير داخل مؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت . أثرت جائحة كورونا سلبا على العلاقات العامةفي مؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت . *أثرت جائحة مورونا سلبا على أداء العاملين لمؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت	en_US
