dc.description	This study aims to identify the cause of the work of married women and the disintegration of the family, which was conducted on a sample of married women working in the municipality of Al-Sabeen district of Mahdia. . The study includeincludeed two sides, theoretical and field, and the descriptive approach was followed in the study, and the sample was intentional, as we chose only married working women, and we also relied on the questionnaire tool, which was very helpful in our field study, distributed to 40 married working women, and after obtaining the information and translating it into Form tables and percentages, and after analyzing and interpreting them, we concluded that the woman’s work outside the home has negative effects on her husband and children, and there is no role conflict within the family because of her work outside the home.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف على عمل المرأة المتزوجة والتفكك الأسري، والتي أجريت علي عينة من النساء المتزوجات العاملات،في بلدية السبعين دائرة مهدية وكان هدفها معرفة أثر عمل المرأة على مسؤوليتها الزوجية ومسؤولياتها اتجاه أبنائها، وإذا كان عملها خارج البيت يؤدي إلى صراع الدور داخل الأسرة. وتضمنت الدراسة جانبين جانب نظري وأخر ميداني وتم إتباع المنهج الوصفي في دراسة والعينة كانت قصدية،حيث اخترنا النساء العاملات المتزوجات فقط، كما اعتمدنا على أداة الاستمارة، والتي كانت جد مساعدة في دراستنا الميدانية، موزعة على 40 إمرأة عاملة متزوجة، وبعد الحصول على المعلومات وترجمتها في شكل جداول ونسب مئوية، وبعد تحليلوتفسيرها وتوصلنا إلى أن عمل المرأة خارج البيت له أثار سلبية على زوجها وأبناءها،ويوجد صراع دور داخل الأسرة بسبب عملها خارج البيت.	en_US
