| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على خطاب اكراهية في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الجزائر، إذ أن أهم الكلمات المفتاحية هي: خطاب الكراهية، مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، الشباب، تنحصر إشكالية الدراسة ماه ي مظاهر خطاب الكراهية في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الجزائر؟ وأسئلة فرعية ماتهي أشكال خطابات الكراهية المتداولة في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، كيف تساهم مواقع التوصل الاجتماعي في نشر خطاب الكراهية في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التحليلة إعتمدت على المنهج الكيفي الوصفي، ما اتبعت أداة جمع البيانات المتمثلة في المقابلة مقسمة إلى محورين الأول والثاني،فكان مجتمع البحث عينة عشوائية من طلبة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية. توصلت هذه الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج منها أهم الأثار النفسية والاجتماعية المترتبة من انتشار هذا الخطاب، وإن هذا الاخير يساهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق مصطلح التفكك الاجتماع ي، بحيث تطغى سلبياته على ايجابياته، وفي الاخير يساهم التبليغ و الحظر للوسائط المروجة لهذا الخطاب في تقليله والحد منه بصفة كبيرة |
| Description: | This study aims to identify hate speech on social media platforms in Algeria. The key terms of the study are hate speech ، social media platforms ، and youth. The main problem of the study is to determine the manifestations of hate speech on social media platforms in Algeria. The sub-questions include the forms of prevalent hate speech on social media ، and how social media platforms contribute to the spread of hate speech. This study is an analytical study that adopts a qualitative descriptive methodology. The data collection tool used was interviews divided into two axes. The research community consisted of a random sample of students from the College of Social Sciences. The study yielded several results ، including the psychological and social effects resulting from the spread of hate speech. It found that hate speech significantly contributes to social fragmentation ، with its negative impact outweighing the positive aspects. Ultimately، reporting and banning media promoting hate speech play a significant role in reducing and limiting it. Translation in English: This study aims to examine hate speech on social media platforms in Algeria. The main focus of the study is to identify the manifestations of hate speech on social media in Algeria. The sub-questions include the prevalent forms of hate speech on social media and how social media platforms contribute to its dissemination. This study utilizes an analytical approach and employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data collection was conducted through interviews، which were divided into two axes. The research participants were randomly selected students from the College of Social Sciences. The study found various results، including the psychological and social impacts resulting from the proliferation of hate speech. It concluded that hate speech has a significant role in promoting social disintegration، with its negative effects outweighing the positive aspects. Finally، the study highlights the importance of reporting and banning the media that promote hate speech as effective measures to reduce and mitigate its impact |
