| Résumé: | تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الاجتماعية المنتمية إلى حقل العمل والتنظيم ، حيث تناولنا في هذه الدراسة "دور تكوين المكونين في التكيف للأساتذة الثانوية " بحيث هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة ، هل للتكوين أثر في تكيف المكونين ، هكذل كانت إشكالية الرئيسية للدراسة وتمثلت هذه الإشكالية في البرامج المقررة ومدى إندماج المكونين معها في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي ، وأيضا أهمية البرامج التدريبية في إكتساب المهارات التدرسية لدى الأساتذة ومدى مساهمتها في هذه العملية التكوينية ، بحيث هذه النقاط التي سبق ذكرها كانت إشكاليتين فرعيتين للدراسة . و لإنجاز هذا البحث إرتأينا تقسيمه إلى خمسة فصول بحيث تناولت الفصول الثلاثة الاولى الجانب النظري لدراسة تمثلت في : الفصل الاول : بحيث تطرقنا إلى مدخل عام للدراسة وتحديد المفاهيم . الفصل الثاني : تناولنا فيه ماهية التكوين وخطوات وشروط العملية التكوينية . الفصل الثالث : ناقشنا فيه تكيف المكونين مع العملية التكوينية ، إحتوى هذا الفصل على ماهية التكيف وأيضا مدى توافق وإندماج المكونين مع عملية التكوين . أما في الجانب التطبيقي وبالضبط الفصل الرابع فقد تضمن مجالات الدراسة، ومنهج دراسة الحالة الذي إعتمدنا عليه في هذه الدراسة بما فيه العينة البحث ، بحيث طبقنا في هذه الدراسة العينة القصدية ، و أيضا مجتمع الدراسة ويليها أخيرا أدواة جمع البيانات ، بحيث إعتمدنا على الإستبان كأداة اساسية لجمع البيانات والملاحظة كأداة ثانوية ، ومساعدة أيضا في تجميع المعلومات ، وفي الفصل الخامس والأخير كالمعتادة جاء بعنوان تحليل ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة . وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن لتكوين أثر بالغ الأهمية في تكيف المكونين ، مع البرامج التدريبية والمقررة في زيادة إنتاجية وفعالية داخل المؤسسة للأساتذة التعليم الثانوي ، غير أنه يفتقر إلى عملية التنظيم والتكثيف ، إضافة إلى ذلك تكليف المختصين والمراقبين للوقوف على هذه العملية وتكييفها نحو الأحسن . |
| Description: | This study is considered a social study belonging to the field of work and organization, where we discussed in this study "The role of the composition of the two components in adapting to secondary professors", the aim of which was to learn Has the composition had an impact on the adaptation of the two components? This has been a major problem for the study. This problem has been the planned programmes and the extent to which the two components are integrated into secondary education. and also the importance of training programmes in the acquisition of professors' teaching skills and their contribution to this formative process, So that these points already mentioned were two sub-problems of the study. In order to complete this research, we decided to divide it into five chapters, so that the first three chapters dealt with the theoretical aspect of a study: Chapter 1: So that we touched on a general entrance to study and define concepts. Chapter 2: We addressed the composition, steps and conditions of the formative process. Chapter 3: In which we discussed the adaptation of the two components to the formative process, this chapter contained what adaptation is and also the compatibility and integration of the two components with the formative process. In the applied aspect and strictly chapter IV, the study areas included and the case study approach that we have adopted in this study, including the sample research, So that in this study we applied the intentional sample, and also the study community and finally followed by data collection tools, So that we relied on Esteban as the primary tool for data collection and observation as a secondary tool and also to assist in the compilation of information, and in chapter and chapter , as usual, entitled " Analysis and discussion of the results of the study." The study concluded that while the composition of the two components had a critical impact on the adaptation of the training programmes planned to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the institution's secondary education professors, it lacked a process of organization and intensification, in addition to assigning specialists and observers to better identify and adapt this process |
