| Résumé: | تناولت الدراسة الراهنة تقصى موضوع دور المناخ التنظيمي في تعزيز روح المجموعة، وذلك من خلال الوقوف على الأبعاد التي لها علاقة مع المناخ التنظيمي السائد داخل المؤسسة، و إبراز بعض المحددات الأساسية التي لها دور في تعزيز روح المجموعة. ومن خلال هذا السياق تبلورت المشكلة البحثية في التساؤل ور المناخ التنظيمي في تعزيز روح المجموعة في شركة الكهرباء و الغاز فرندة؟ أما في الإطار المنهجي اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و ذلك من خلال ملائمة مع أعراض الدراسة, و قمنا باستخدام أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الاستبيان و المقابلة و الملاحظة و لقد أسفرت هذه الدراسة على النتائج التالية : 1.إسهام الهيكل التنظيمي في تعزيز روح المجموعة. 2.يؤدي تمكين العاملين في مشاركة إتخاذ القرارات إلى تعزيز روح المجموعة. 3.إسهام العمل الجماعي في زيادة فعالية روح المجموعة |
| Description: | The current study investigated the role of the organizational climate in enhancing the spirit of the group, by identifying the dimensions that have to do with the prevailing organizational climate within the institution, and highlighting some of the basic determinants that have a role in enhancing the spirit of the group. In this context, the research problem crystallized in questioning the organizational climate in enhancing the spirit of the group in the electricity and gas company feranda? In the methodological framework, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach through suitability with the symptoms of the study, and we used the data collection tools represented in the questionnaire, interview and observation, and this study has resulted in the following results: 1.The contribution of the organizational structure in enhancing the spirit of the group. 2. Empowering employees to participate in decision-making enhances the spirit of the group. 3. The contribution of teamwork in increasing the effectiveness of group spirit. |
