| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة "جماعات العمل وعلاقتها بالاتصال التنظيمي" انطلاقا من الإشكالية العامة ما هي علاقة جماعات العمل والاتصال التنظيمي؟ استنادا على المنهج الكمي الملائم لمتغيرات الدراسة استهدفنا قوامها 70 مبحوث التي تمت في مقر ولاية تيارت ولجمع المعلومات أكثر عن موضوع الدراسة استعنا بالاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات، لتدعيم نتائج الدراسة تم وضع فرضيات منها: توجد علاقة بين ثقافة الفريق والاتصال النازل، توجد علاقة بين الالتزام الجماعي والاتصال الصاعد، توجد علاقة بين العلاقات الإنسانية والاتصال الأفقي، وفي الختام توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة بين ثقافة الفريق والاتصال النازل. توجد علاقة بين الالتزام الجماعي والاتصال الصاعد. توجد علاقة بين العلاقات الإنسانية والاتصال الأفقي |
| Description: | This study aims to know "work groups and their relationship to organizational communication". Based on the general problem. , what is the relationship of work groups and organizational communication? Based on the quantitative approach appropriate to the variables of the study, we targeted 70 respondents who took place in the headquarters of the state of Tiaret.In order to collect more information about the subject of the study; we used the questionnaire as a data collection tool to support the results of the study, Hypotheses have been put forward, including: There is a relationship between team culture and downward communication, there is a relationship between group commitment and upward communication, and there is a relationship between human relations and horizontal communication. , In conclusion, we reached the following results: There is a relationship between team culture and downward communication There is a relative relationship between group commitment and upward communication.
