dc.description	The current study aims to identify the management and administration of new neighborhoods in the municipality of Tiaret by the AADL Housing Agency. Therefore, the research problem is formulated in the following question: How are the new neighborhoods in the municipality of Tiaret managed and administered by the AADL Housing Agency? To answer this question, the general hypothesis was formulated, stating that there are methods and strategies offered by the AADL Housing Agency for managing and administering new AADL neighborhoods in Tiaret city. The descriptive method was adopted to analyze and interpret the phenomenon, and the interview tool was applied to a sample consisting of one head of human resources department at the AADL Housing Agency. The research results showed that there are methods and strategies offered by the AADL Housing Agency for managing and administering new AADL neighborhoods in Tiaret city, but the agency faces obstacles and difficulties in the process of managing and administering these new neighborhoods	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة ادارة وتسيير الاحياء الجديدة ببلدية تيارت لدى وكالة عدل AADL ، و عليه تبلورت إشكالية الدراسة في التساءل التالي:كيف يتم ادارة وتسيير الاحياء الجديدة ببلدية تيارت لدى وكالة عدل AADL ؟ وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة تم صياغة الفرضية العامة وهي هناك طرق واستراتيجيات تمدمها وكالة عدل لادارة وتسيير احياء عدل الجديدة على مساتوى مدينة تيارت وكالة عدل AADL ، اذ اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل وتفسير الظاهرة وطبقنا اداة المقابلة على عينة تكون من 01 عامل رئيسة مصلحة الموارد البشرية لدى وكالة عدل. وكانت نتائج البحث كالأتي: ناك طرق واساتراتيجيات تقدمها وكالة عدل لادارة وتسيير احياء عدل الجديدة على مساتوى مدينة تيارت، كما ان وكالة عدل تواجه عراقيل و صعوبات في عملية تسيير وادارة الاحياء الجديدة.	en_US
