dc.description	This study presented the various basics related to the cultural challenges facing Algerian women to establish their entrepreneurial project, and it also shed light on the social contributions and motives that aim to provide support to women in order to embody their future projects in general and entrepreneurship in particular. Through the questionnaire that I distributed to our study community consisting of 60 Algerian women who own a Moukawalati project on social networking sites, the results were as follows: The family is the main supporter of encouraging and supporting Algerian women to establish their entrepreneurial project.One of the most important obstacles facing Algerian entrepreneurial women is the patriarchal thinking of the Algerian community. One of the social motives that help Algerian women to establish the entrepreneurial project is to receive material and moral support from their families.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	قدمت هذه الدراسة مختلف الأساسيات المتعلقة بالتحديات الثقافية التي تواجه المرأة الجزائرية لإنشاء مشروعها المقاولاتي، كما انها سلطت الضوء على الاسهامات والدوافع الإجتماعية التي تهدف الى تقديم الدعم للمراة من اجل تجسيد مشاريعها المستقبلية عامة والمقاولاتية خاصة، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت اليها دراستنا بعد تٖحقيق الهدف منها بواسطة الإستبيان الذي وزعته على مجتمع دراستنا المتكون من 60 امرأة جزائرية صاحبة مشروع مقاولاتي على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي وكانت النتائج كالاتي: الاسرة هي الداعم الأساسي لتشجيع ومساندة المرأة الجزائرية على إنشاء مشروعها المقاولاتي. من أهم العراقيل التي تواجه المرأة الجزائرية المقاولة هي التفكير الذكوري للجتمع المحلي الجزائري. من الدوافع الإجتماعية التي تساعد المرأة الجزائرية على إنشاء المشروع المقاولاتي هو تلقي الدعم المادي والمعنوي من اسرتها.	en_US
