| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أنماط الاتصال الأسري لدى أستاذات التعليم الابتدائي ومن بين هذه الأهداف الكشف عن أنماط الاتصال داخل الأسرة والتعرف على علاقة الاتصال الأسري بتنشئة وتكوين الأستاذات وأخيرا التعرف على مستوى الاتصال الأسري بحيث تم اختيار مجموعة البحث والتي شملت 20 مبحوثة بمدارس ولاية تيارت حيث قمنا باتباع المنهج الوصفي بالإضافة إلى تطبيق أداة من أدوات البحث وهي المقابلة وذلك بغية التحقق من صدق الفرضيات المطروحة وهي: - تتعدد أنماط الاتصال الأسري لدى أستاذات التعليم الابتدائي. - يرتبط نمط الاتصال للأستاذات الابتدائي بحالتها الاجتماعية. - يرتبط أنماط الاتصال الأسرة بنوع العلاقة الأسرية. - يؤثر التكوين المهني على الاستاذات بإكسابها مهارات اتصالية جديدة. - تتعدد المهارات الاتصالية أو الوسائط للأسرة بحسب النمط المستخدم. - تفعيل الاتصال الأسري على عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية يتوقف على نمط المستخدم وعلى العلاقة الاجتماعية وعلى العلاقة الاجتماعية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية مركزية النمط المفتوح و مهارة الحوار في تصور و ممارسة أستاذة التعليم الابتدائي للاتصال الأسري وهذا ما ينعكس على أفراد أسرتها و علاقاتها الاجتماعية |
| Description: | The aim of the study was to identify family communication patterns among female primary school professors. Among these objectives was to detect communication patterns within the family and to learn about the relationship of family communication with the upbringing and formation of female professors. Finally, to identify the level of family communication, the research group was selected, which included 20 teachers at Tiaret State schools. - There is a multiplicity of family communication patterns among primary school teachers. - The communication pattern of primary teachers is linked to theirs social status. - Family communication patterns are linked to the type of family relationship. - Vocational training affects female professors by acquiring new communication skills. - The family's communication or media skills are multiplied by the pattern used. - The activation of family contact on the process of socialization depends on the user's pattern, the social relationship and the social relationship. The following findings were found by the study to be positive methods and patterns of family communication, which are reflected with its emotionally and socially balanced member |
