| Abstract: | يعتبر النشاط الفلاحي أحد أهم النشاطات الاستراتيجية التي بإمكانها أن تساهم بشكل كبير في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي نحو الأمام، من خلال تشجيع جزءا كبيرا من اليد العاملة العاطلة وتحقيق اكتفاء ذاتي من الغذاء بالإضافة إلى مساهمة في تشيد الناتج الداخلي الخام الاقتصاديات الدول، بالمساهمة في تطوير المجتمع الريفي بوضع إللاحات وسياسات وتوفير مستلزمات للسكان الريفيون من أجل تفادي مشاكل ومعيقات في المناطق النائية، ونتيجة لهته الأهمية سعت الدولة الجزائرية بالاهتمام بهذا القطاع منذ الاستقلال، حيث تهدف هذه من خلال الوق وف على معالمها هدى مساهمتها في إرساء أسس متينة في تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي من الغذاء، وقد ظهرت نتائج البحث أن القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر لا يزال رهين الظروف المناخية أكدته نتائج الدراسة القياسية إضافة إلى ذلك فقد بينت عدم تأثير اليد العاملة والأراضي الزراعية في النمو الإنتاج الفلاحي ويعود هذا بالدرجة الأولى إلى نقص اليد العاملة المؤهلة وعدم استغلال الأراضي الخصبة بشكل أمثل مع قلة استخدام تقنية الري الحديثة |
