dc.descriptionThis study focused on the issue of intergenerational conflict and its relationship with work performance in a hospital institution. The questionnaire was designed for this purpose, and it was distributed to a sample of seventy (70) employees of different ages, and after verification in the field, a strong correlation was found between generational conflict and work performance. among the study sample of a certain age, then Gender, level of education and professional seniority have an impact on the performance of employees in the event of a conflict of the two typesen_US
